		<description>Hi!
I&#039;ve been trying to &#039;suss out&#039; Viapost for MONTHS now, I thought (and still think) it was / is a BRILLIANT concept, but I just go round and round in circles trying to set it up!
Tried to get a demo going and got to envelope stage.. then got stuck, signed in and it said failure AARGH!!!!!!!!!!
Now, a while later... can&#039;t suss the address list (can&#039;t get the SIMPLEST csv Excel file to upload)
I feel like a total wally (maybe I am!!!) but I&#039;ve been around a while on the Internet, even remember doing international call via Compuserve dialup modem stuff to check e.mails in1998???
Would LOVE to see this working... meantime, just dunno what to do but despair!!!</description>

		<description>Just a quick heads-up.

According to their blog, ViaPost are planning an 8p price rise for a basic letter, taking them to 35p.

		<description>Andrea,

(I work at ViaPost)

Thanks for including us in this comparison.

We are aware that address validation and address positioning are causing usability problems and we will have these improved in the near future!

		<description>Hi Andrea.

Great review by the way.
I should say first off that I&#039;m with another competitor to these two
( http://www.cfhdocmail.com/ ).

We&#039;ve got a slightly different approach to Click&amp;Mail and ViaPost in that we don&#039;t operate through a print driver, &amp; instead have more features in our website:
&gt; First Class option (2 day delivery [including production] = from 45p)
 &gt; Mail-merge on word files
 &gt; PDF backgrounds
&gt; Include extra documents (e.g. marketing literature)
 &gt; Truly representative PDF proofing

The basic price (1 sided A4 letter in black and white) is 25p, with an optional upgrade to First Class (2 day) an extra 20p.

It&#039;d be great if we could get some independent feedback from you as your review seems a well balanced comparison.

Cheers.
Will
