Lily Top Sewing Pattern: Paper Version

FAQs

Fabric suggestions:

Any lightweight woven fabric.

Use rayon, viscose or crepe for a very floaty top. Another option is cotton lawn for a breathable top that will be easier to sew with than the drapier fabrics.

Fabric requirements using 1.4m (55″) wide fabric:
(See size chart in image gallery above)
Ava – Dee: 1m (1.1 yds)
Eve – Hana: 1.5m (1.6yds)
Ivy – Mia: 1.6m (1.7 yards)

Extra fabric needed if you want to do a contrast ruffle:
Ava – Dee 0.1m (1.1yds) / Eve – Mia 0.3m (0.33yds)

High Bust: 31″ – 55″ (approx. UK 6 – 30)

Use your High Bust to get the best fit across your neckline and shoulders.

To get your High Bust measurement, measure around your body, directly under your underarms.

Fitting tips for larger busts/cup sizes: You would then do a Full Bust Adjustment (FBA) only if your full bust measurement is in a higher size category to your high bust.

FAQs

An A0 copy is the large paper print that contains all of the pattern pieces for you to cut out.

You’ll need to have already purchased the full PDF or paper pattern through the website, or have one of them in your basket before adding the A0 print.

Bought the pattern from ExperimentalSpace.com but can’t buy the A0?
Sign in with the same email address you used to order the pattern.

This means your order with the original pattern purchase wasn’t linked to your account. This often happens if you bought the pattern while not signed in. If you email me (andrea@experimentalspace.com or contact form) I can link your order to your account. Make sure you have registered an account on the website with the same email address used to buy the pattern or I won’t be able to match your order for you.

You can get a reprint too! Create an account and then email me ( andrea@experimentalspace.com ) a photo of your purchased patterns and I’ll add them to your account. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s been done and then you’ll be able to sign in and order A0s for those patterns whenever you like.
